This Privacy Policy describes how SJC Ventures, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company operating under the trade name “Sim Savant” (“Sim Savant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you access or use the Sim Savant website at sim-savant.com (the “Website”), the Sim Savant application (the “App”), the Sim Savant Discord community (the “Discord Server”), and all related products, features, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

Stripe retains transaction records according to its own data retention policies and applicable financial regulations. We have limited control over how Stripe retains payment information.
Information in the Discord Server is also subject to Discord, Inc.’s data retention policies. We may delete records of your interaction with our Service’s Discord integration, but Discord itself may retain records of your activity on its platform.

The Service is operated from the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (such as DFS platforms like DraftKings or FanDuel, Discord, or social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
